Séance is an engraved gathering of historic/mediaeval graffiti. This crowd of vague and roughly formed characters, left for us by anonymous persons from the past, gently fade in and out from view with the passing light. The work as a whole has been created in nine parts, each one a fragment, so that like many historic artworks and artefacts the complete composition is shared across different collections, locations and rooms.
